Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. You can best believe the next time I need anything for my Lexus, I'll be making an appt here! Looking forward to meeting Ed in person. D D. Atlanta, GA

Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.

Took my car to have evaluated. I was told that my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. He said he would be swapp my engine out with a engine close to the same miles I had on my car. So I agreed to have my engine changed. This would have been a good time to tell me that it's only 30 days on a used engine. but he did not disclose this information to me. He went and got the car emissions done and told me he had been driving my car and it was running fine. Two days later and paying 4081.00 I pick my car up it seemed fine. I wasn't able to test drive the car because of Covid the DMV was closed. so it was close to three months until I was able to get a tag for car. I finally got the tag and drove the car, I noticed a pull from the car when I put the car in drive, it snatched into gear. I took car back and the mechanic RL adjusted something on the engine so that took care of the problelm. Still didn't informe me about 30 days for a used engine. I drove the car for two weeks and the car is surging and smoking from the tail pipe. I call R.L to tell him what's going on. He says bring the car in. I had a video of what was going on with the car. I informed R.L I got advice from another mechanic and was told this is because coolant is getting into the engine which point to a bad head gasket, and the surging could possibly be the air intake control valve and the problem was engine related Which R.L agreed that it probably was the IAC and he would have fixed it "IF" he knew it was bad He then suggested put 20 w 50 in the engine. I called another mechanic and told them what my car was doing and what advice I was giving from RL. And was told to ask for the paper work on the engine. I have not received no information on the engine he installed in my car to this very day. And putting 20 w 50 was not going to solve my issue. So I take the car back because of the surging and mind you it's still smoking. I also was getting water in the trunk so R.L looked into these issued and charged me 80.00.I was told by R.L that my Power steering rack need replacing and he would fix my IAC for aprox 1100.00 dollars. This has been the worst experince with this shop. My car is sitting unable to drive. I gave him ONE star because a rating was required. He deserves 0 stars. We'll end up in court I'm sure.

I appreciated the friendliness of the employees of this location; however, I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this location to anyone. I went in to get my emissions test, but my check engine light was on - so I was not going to pass. I knew there were issues with my truck because I had recently taken it to Nissan for diagnostics. I showed the tech at Express Oil Change what work needed to be done - it totalled $450.00. He mentioned that they could do it for a better price. They were able to get the check engine light off long enough to pass the test, but it came right back on. At the end of the day, I had a bill of 1056.54. but the light was still on. They told me to bring it back later. Long story short - multiple visits later, I'm charged 1,848.04 for what Nissan said they would do for $450.00. I've learned my lesson. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They're friendly, but don't have the best practices.

Jiffy Lube

3541 Satellite Boulevard, Duluth

I was at Jiffy Lube on Satellite Boulevard in Duluth. GA to do a normal oil change and after about 20 minutes into the oil change, I was called to come under the bay to see something. Went in and the man working on my car told me the nut that locks on the pan would leak oil after they finish changing the oil. Apparently he broke it while unscrewing it. I informed him that my car has never leaked oil and I'm wondering why he did this. He told me "well you can fill out a claims form" if you feel badly about this. Filled out a claims form and my horrors began. First they did not fax in my claims form until I called corporate office. Emailed the customer care supervisor pictures of oil leak. Did not get an acknowledgement. They sent one of their staff Chuck who is on their telephone system to give me a call. The horror continued. Chuck was so rude and antagonistic and he clearly was acting out a script designed for Jiffy Lube not taking responsibility for their staff action. Told me the previous company who I have been using since my car was about 10k miles without issues was responsible for the broken nut. My argument is that if their staff knew the nut was hard to remove, he should have called my attention to it before proceeding further instead he called my attention after he got it broken. Now I am stuck between legal action or cough out money that I never planned on spending because I went for a cheaper Groupon powered Oil change.
