H & L is a place I feel like I am at home telling them what is wrong and they explaine to me what needs to be done just like I was part of the family so I feel I can trust them an I told them at first , give it to me straight and I will let you know what I think straight I like for people to make me feel part of the family and not just some stranger

My Mini Cooper S had a bad misfire when cold. They found Carbon on my valves. Fixed me up and trouble free since. great job!!

My husband and I (from Virginia) were in Savannah vacationing and happen to stop in to discuss an issue we had been having with my 2013 Avalon. The dealer where we purchased was unsuccessful in fixing. The asst service manager, Shawn was more than accommodating! He knew of the problem and was able to tackle it. While my car was being serviced they had a personal car service that took us to a breakfast location and picked us up when ready..car was not only serviced but washed and sparkling clean when we picked it up. All staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating!

Very down to Earth and friendly attitude - always provide options for a variety of complex issues you might run into with your vehicle. This is now my new "go to" auto service and tire store. Had always used Bluffton Tire but they closed after the business was sold. Today one of my front tires on my Range Rover picked up a nail and I stopped in here to see if they could repair my tire. Was my first visit here but pleased to see Waldo who used to be a service adviser at Bluffton Tire. Waldo said he could get my car in for repair in one hour so instead of waiting I went to lunch and returned in an hour. He took my car right in and had it back to me in about twenty minutes. The nail was short enough that it did not puncture my tire. They checked and adjusted the pressure in all my tires. He said there would be no charge. I would have been happy to pay for the service received and I still would have been extremely happy. They now have a new customer for life. I will have all of my cars serviced here in the future. They even do maintenance services on Range Rovers! Gerry G.

On vacation in Hilton Head, my passenger car window would not close. Ugh. I found Beachside which is near the airport. The folks there are unbelievably nice and polite. Problem discovered was fixable in about an hour and I was on my way. While waiting, I heard many conversations between customers and staff. All were very positive. One couple from Canada had a serious issue. After diagnostic test, they were told to bring car back tomorrow to leave all day and they would get a loaner car. There was no charge for diagnostic test. Customer was amazed at this. (I was too.) Frances C.

I had a tire replaced that was flat on Friday. The low pressure light would not go out. I went back the following day and the tires were checked, and was told it would go out. Stopped at Chrysler dealer today (Tuesday) and they advised me to take it back to whoever changed the tire that they probably broke the sensor for low air warning. Took it today and the manager started argueing with me that they did not break it, they simply changed the tires. I ask him finally if he was going to fix it and he told me NO they would not. I have taken all 3 of my vehicles here in the past but NEVER AGAIN. Enjoy the money I have spent with you in the past because there will be no more. I will also tell everyone I have the opportunity to that you do not stand by your work and you are sorry, including all the people I know in Sea Pines where we live, Bob Scruggs
