H & L is a place I feel like I am at home telling them what is wrong and they explaine to me what needs to be done just like I was part of the family so I feel I can trust them an I told them at first , give it to me straight and I will let you know what I think straight I like for people to make me feel part of the family and not just some stranger

Hard working, honest group of guys who do great work at a good price and are very fair and honest with you. Very loyal to their customers and they remember you by name. We had service done on our vehicle lately and had additional issues pop up soon after. Mike offered to fix the additional problem, replacing bad coils, with no labor charge. Little things like that are exemplary service and keep us coming back. They also have a good rewards program in place for getting free oil changes.

Mike and the guys are always helpful with both knowledge and awareness of the "funny sounds or actions" a car sometimes makes. I have used H&L for all our cars since they opened and they have always met my expectations. The only place for service in Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.

H&L Tire and Auto Repair is the only shop that I allow to work on my car. They are extremely professional and do great work. I've not had 1 bad experience with them yet and every time that I visit there to get my car worked on, I know that I'm in good hands!

i think that since we have started using H&L i know i will never use anyone else again they treat you like family and do not try to make me feel like i dont know anything (haha which i probley dont) they know what they are doing and if i dont understand then they take the time to explaine

Finally found a repair shop I can trust in greater Savannah. These guys are the real deal. No up selling or calls telling you all the things they recommend you do. Bring your vechicle in and tell them what you want. They give you a more than reasonable price and text you when it's ready. First class all the way. Oil Change, Tires, & Wheel Bearing
I found H&L Tire online. Scheduled an appointment. They had me in within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. They told me it would be 2 to 3 hours before I was ready. I left 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Gene and Mike are good guys. I enjoyed my conversation with them both.
