Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. Found these guys on Craigslist and it has been the worst f*#@ experience I have ever had. I gave this dude All BRAND NEW PARTs totaling to $2,700. To rebuild my motor and somehow the parts mysteriously came up missing. The police are involved and I may have to go to court to recover what was lost. Here is an update for you. 6/6/19 one month later since I posted my review and still haven't heard any thing from dude. police report has been filed and awaiting a court date. Waist of time

The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !

Mike was great. The 15K service was performed in a timely manner and the price was the best I found. I am glad I found VolvoTista and will return for my next service.
