Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. Don't go there. I went there to get some work done on my car. They (Abe Z.) Manager, told me to get the lower control arms done on my car. The price of the lower control arms would be $211 each. total cost for the repair would be over $700. I went to Rockauto and look up a lower control arm and it would only cost about $65 to %72 each. Order from Rockauto for a total of $150. Had a friend of mine that does own his auto repair shop to put it on for $150. I only spent the total of $380 on the repair. I am not a dumb on repair a car. I do know how to fix a car. I just don't have time to do it and I don't have any tools to do. Tireplus just lost another customer. The Internet is a wonderful thing...(look up parts and also how to repair your own car)....

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!
