For 3 years I visited the Tires Plus in Buford, Ga off Sardis Church Rd. I started questioning the service and honesty after having brakes replaced multiple times. Each time they told me something else was wrong. So I had rotors replaced, brakes were still bad. Went back they said now I needed new calibers,brakes were still bad. Went back again, they said one of the calibers was faulty and needed replacing. My brakes were still now working properly but at this point I had given up assuming it was just old car. Once I started having tire and brakes problem not long after this I went to another shop. I also began looking up my tires plus history to share with the new mechanics. They showed me that not all the calibers were changed (despite me telling tires plus repeatedly that my brakes were not working). And that everything needed to be replaced again. They took me to the back to show me. As I looked at my service history not only did feel I was scammed on work done on my car, but I had purchased a total of 8 tires in 2 to 3 year span (with road hazard) and was now on tires again 9 and 10. Not only is that a ridiculous short time needing tires but they never once gave me free or discount for the road hazard. I have contacted their corporate office. I received one email saying someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from them. I will say the manager at the location eventually offered to repay the calipers but since the job was not done fully and properly as well as the tire situation I didn't feel this was fair.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. Several times they could have taken advantage of me or just charged me more to replace something instead of trying to repair it. Highly recommended John G. Marietta, GA

I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!

STAY AWAY! I had a transmission installed, and they installed it improperly. The day I drove away it continued to bind and stall out. Transmission fluid leaked constantly from the yoke. I drove from inside the perimeter (where I live) to Roswell for them to check it out, 5 TIMES!!!! They assured me it would settle and eventually work properly. To this day, I have yet to receive a receipt. The day I picked the truck up, I was running late for work and forgot to get a receipt. It was binding the whole way to work. Every time I came to a stop it stalled out. They made no effort to fix it. The Transmission was bought from New Dixie Auto Parts, and New Dixie said Mechanic Express didn't replace seals or didn't align the torque converter and pump correctly. New Dixie said, I should demand to see receipts for the necessary parts that Mechanic Express should have bought to install the Transmission. Because according to New Dixie, they cut corners. In the end I'm out $1020(transmission, installation, and rental car for when the transmission died at 12:30am on North Ave) STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM MECHANIC EXPRESS I bought another Transmission from M&S Auto and they installed it. I asked them to check what happened from the previous transmission that Mechanic Express installed. They said the torque converter and Pump were not installed properly which caused it to break and seals weren't replaced. Well...wasn't this fun. I'm in the process for small claims

Tim was awesome and made life SO much better. Plus he was honest and upfront about costs and what was needed. I liked them so much, I'm bringing my car back down from Maryland to Georgia to have them look at other things this month. :)

repairing a major oil leak and installing a new transmission in my BMW 750Li…… it was in the hands of a real pro…… The car runs like it did when it was brand new and I am delighted beyond description. Thank you a thousand times over for holding it’s repair to your personal high standards, insisting that it be perfect, rather than just “good enough”. I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Idles perfectly cold and warm, smooth/strong consistent power, very easy to drive clutch and feels rock solid. Thanks again guys!! Chris Ozment

Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I brought my car in for what I thought would be a major service. Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!
