Hi, just want to say that the staff at this location is absolutely out of this world! I travel about 35+ miles to get my oil changed or car serviced at this location...needless to say I pass approximately 60 or more oil change places on the way. I trust this staff and don't feel as though they are trying to take advantage of me at all. I also love the fact that this company offers a lady's day special and they often have promotions in which customers can possibly get percentage or dollar amounts off of their service. They are definitely worth checking out!!

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. STAY AWAY! I had a transmission installed, and they installed it improperly. The day I drove away it continued to bind and stall out. Transmission fluid leaked constantly from the yoke. I drove from inside the perimeter (where I live) to Roswell for them to check it out, 5 TIMES!!!! They assured me it would settle and eventually work properly. To this day, I have yet to receive a receipt. The day I picked the truck up, I was running late for work and forgot to get a receipt. It was binding the whole way to work. Every time I came to a stop it stalled out. They made no effort to fix it. The Transmission was bought from New Dixie Auto Parts, and New Dixie said Mechanic Express didn't replace seals or didn't align the torque converter and pump correctly. New Dixie said, I should demand to see receipts for the necessary parts that Mechanic Express should have bought to install the Transmission. Because according to New Dixie, they cut corners. In the end I'm out $1020(transmission, installation, and rental car for when the transmission died at 12:30am on North Ave) STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM MECHANIC EXPRESS I bought another Transmission from M&S Auto and they installed it. I asked them to check what happened from the previous transmission that Mechanic Express installed. They said the torque converter and Pump were not installed properly which caused it to break and seals weren't replaced. Well...wasn't this fun. I'm in the process for small claims

Seriously, the owner is as sincere and kind as it gets while looking to save you cash on parts and etc. And he knows what he's doing cuz after an 800 mile roadtrip the day after fixing my brakes, I'm alive with A/C so crisp and cool..! The car never felt that good even when purchased and maintained at the dealer. I tried this place for the first time and it was probably the best decision.

brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

For 3 years I visited the Tires Plus in Buford, Ga off Sardis Church Rd. I started questioning the service and honesty after having brakes replaced multiple times. Each time they told me something else was wrong. So I had rotors replaced, brakes were still bad. Went back they said now I needed new calibers,brakes were still bad. Went back again, they said one of the calibers was faulty and needed replacing. My brakes were still now working properly but at this point I had given up assuming it was just old car. Once I started having tire and brakes problem not long after this I went to another shop. I also began looking up my tires plus history to share with the new mechanics. They showed me that not all the calibers were changed (despite me telling tires plus repeatedly that my brakes were not working). And that everything needed to be replaced again. They took me to the back to show me. As I looked at my service history not only did feel I was scammed on work done on my car, but I had purchased a total of 8 tires in 2 to 3 year span (with road hazard) and was now on tires again 9 and 10. Not only is that a ridiculous short time needing tires but they never once gave me free or discount for the road hazard. I have contacted their corporate office. I received one email saying someone would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from them. I will say the manager at the location eventually offered to repay the calipers but since the job was not done fully and properly as well as the tire situation I didn't feel this was fair.

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.
