It's a rarity to find honest people in the automotive repair industry but that's exactly what I found at the pep boys in Douglasville. I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum
