I had a driver out of town that had his alternator go out, James at All Pro was very punctual and straight forward. He let me know what the price would be from the start along with let me know how long it would take to complete. By the time i got my sprinter towed to him he had a bay open and waiting. I have dealt with quite a few shops from out of town and this was by far the best service i have had in years. Very polite and they called me with any change at all in price, timeframe, and different options of parts. Highly recommended for any fleet owners that have issues in the Des Moines/Urbandale area! Got quoted $1600 to put new brakes on an escape. Ridiculously high price. Took it somewhere else, got it done for less than half.

Service is great and prices are fair - You get what you pay for and I have been going to Ron for years and find Ron to be the best - Believe me, he doesn't need to jack up his prices to make more money because they are always busy - I will say, he does quality work and does not cut corners and as I said, you get what you pay for. I have used George White many times for service, and had many problems. I have had to take the car back several times for issues that were not fixed properly the first time. They make mistakes not only in the work but in what they write up about the issues or the service. Unfortunately, I will need to find another place to service my car in the future.
