New written complaint Addison care care Cris the owner and his shop are a scam mechanic shop in my strong opinion. I was passing through the state of Idaho, the trucks hub had a whistling noise. (driver side front wheel) Cris the owner said it was the trucks front suspension that needed replaced/repaired. Paid over 2k and the whistle noise was still there. There is a lot more to this fraudulent service By Cris the owner and his shop. I will post on a later time more canard services Cris and his shop tried to Bait and hook me in regards to the truck in question. Just advising customers to beware and specially if you are traveling through the state like I was, Cris and his shop thinks because I am in another state I am going to let this matter go. Since June of last year I have been trying to get a response from Cris the owner of the the shop. Cris and his shop have been avoiding my formal complaints from AAA, BBB and several certified letters requesting re compensation for the scam I strongly believe he and his shop did and continue to try to do when the truck was in thier possession. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Consumer complaint department. I believe Cris and Addison car care is avoiding the Attorney General’s request to meditate this matter.

I purchased new equipment from Schow's Inc. due to proximity and a lower purchase price. I now wish I would have paid a little extra and bought my equipment from someone else. I was consistently told one thing, and another would happen. I have still been waiting months on some parts. There always seems to be an excuse and after so many, you just have to wonder if they aren't outright lies. I would definitely not recommend this business and I will avoid doing business with them in the future.
