I get my oil change and anything else I need for my car here. What I need I do not know sometimes but the guys there always help me . They are very honest and friendly especially my friend Tim. Good guy loves my little Pom, Prince( a dog). Gose overboard to assure me that everything in my car is running ok. Last oil change 5/29/12 and total car check. Thank YOU

I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Expert Volvo mechanic knows how to find problem and fix correctly. Honest and fair priced. Also a great person, He is able to work fast to accomodate schedules and gives great service. When someone ran into the back of my Chevy Traiblazer, I was shocked to learn that I would be responsible for my $500.00 deductible. Times are tough and if it was not for The LINCOLN BOBYSHOP AUTO REPAIR paying my deductible, I would not have been able to have my Trailblazer repaired. You even cleaned the interior of my truck, it was a pleasant surprise.
