Trailer repair service near Aurora, IL

I lived on the coast of New England all my life... I have been boating for years, ocean and lakes. The service/maintenance people at the lake holiday marina are fine. The management specifically "Parker" is the WORST of the WORST!!! They have somewhat of a monopoly here and have no pride what so ever in there job! They are very high priced don't complete work properly (Due to Parkers lack of providing his maintenance people with proper information) and could care less as to whether or not you are satisfied with work done.They would rather slack and watch a soccer game than provide service. Hydraulics payed for but not fixed... boat winterized and left outside uncovered. Total lack of communication and work ethic make the Lake Holiday Marina the last place anyone should utilize if they could possibly go elsewhere.

this guy is a liar. runs a lousy business. makes dates and doesn't show up or comes up with some bs excuse.. I frankly think the jerk is in financial ruin.. I plan to see this ass put out of business.. hes effed with the wrong person this time.. yes hes done this to others many many times.. BEWARE.. GO ELSEWHERE.. OR YOU WILL BE SORRY

I had my truck and trailer serviced by Shawn at Rondo's last week and he performed a fast and quality job and i will be recommending Rondo Enterprises to all my trailering friends =)
