Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. I have known the professionals at European Auto House for years (2004) after being referred to them through another trusted individual. I have found them to be the most straight forward and reliable mechanics that I have ever dealt with for any make of auto repair (foreign or domestic).

Worst place to take your engine to get rebuilt, do not take your engine here. I had my engine rebuilt there and after 5,000 miles it was leaking oil and anti-freeze from the head gasket. While it was being worked on they called me and said my block was "twisted" from overheating, which never happened while I owned the car. So I paid to have the block replaced and still ended up with these problems. I called within the 1 year warranty and the owner gave me the run around for over a month. I offered for him just to provide me with the parts, so I did not have to deal wiith him anymore, and I would cover the labor and I still got the runaround. I ended up buying the stuff myself and having another shop doing the head gasket job and paying again to have my heads resurfaced. This shop would not provide me with a warranty because the block was replaced. Turns out the block they provide that I paid for is no good and it is leaking again. Can't afford to pay 2,000 more so now I am stuck with it and will drive it till it dies. Do not get your engines done here. JAY
