Engine repair service near Bensenville, IL

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

Jamal(Store manager) is one the biggest crookes in the automotive industry who takes advantage of unknowing customers .Not only is he very unprofessional but also marking up prices over 5 times what they cost.My mom went there and was charged $4000 dollars for under $2000 in work (had a dealership and 2 independent shops verify this by a second opinion and quote ).Not only that but Jamal charged for parts that were not even changed .When he was confronted on his shady borderline criminal actions he became very belligerent and rude !! Escalated to corporate (bill Gallagher) who I was assured would return the call that day and he took a week to just call back !!with no solution to these obvious issues!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Called to get the engine seals replaced, he said they do that repair but it was miss diagnosed and hade me spend over $600.00 with no result complete rip off, put a faulty part on my car which I needed replace again within a year, did not acknowledge. I would not recommend this shop for any work on the car

The ONLY guys who work on my German autos. Tony Jr. is a class act who will give you the straight-up and a ride to the office if you work nearby. Sure they're a bit more expensive than the Midas shop around the corner, but you certainly get what you pay for...peace of mind!
