Debbie is so sweet, she made me very comfortable and I left the business knowing that I will return here with confidence. My service was fast and at a great price! This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

I brought the car there as a friend goes there . I had it at 3 other shops that they could not find the problem . they were very friendly as I came in they told me that there would be a 125 diagnostic charge that I agreed to. they called me back 2 hours later and found the problem that was faired priced . I also had other work done that I requested. I picked up the car the same day and it ran better than I ever remembered. all the techs have been there for 10 to 20 years and were all asc certified which made me feel good.the shop is the most cleanest place I ever been to .I will always go back and tell my friends....
