Please don't waste your time with giving this company any of your time or money. I have been leaving messages with Acme Auto Parts,Inc since August 2nd for the poor service I had the week 17th of July. The service started as we looked for a truck part. This company said they had a good one and would sell it. ($100's) It was 3 hours away. When it was picked up it should have been all good. As Acme said it was a good part. Again 3 hours away. Once back into town, truck on the lift and ready to make it happen. Remember the part was sold as a good part and ended up being worse than what was getting replaced. Now a trip back up there and service of not caring they wasted days of getting a repair done. If you extra time and money go ahead use them. But I wouldn't if I were you.

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.
