My Trusted Mechanic
I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! We make it to the funeral safely and returned to have our vehicle repaired and ready to go. Thanks Paul and everyone at Tuffy! David G. Bourbonnais, IL

5 Star Service and Staff
The owner Tahseen and his guys took great care of me and made effort to bring me in on the repairs, explaining things every step of the way. My car was in and out of the shop for a major issue with the rear differential. The price was fair and they gave me a loaner Jeep to drive while they worked on the car. Paul (the guy who worked on my Volvo) made sure to stay in contact regularly to let me know what was going on and to ask whether or not to go ahead with certain repairs. After my initial repair, I was in an accident where the car spun off the road and rolled onto its side late at night. Tahseen and Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. After to car was towed to Tuffy, Paul came to the shop personally and made sure my brother and I had a car to get home. Tahseen called to make sure my brother and I were okay. The accident beat my car up but the guys at Tuffy took great care to make sure everything went smoothly. My used Volvo runs better now than it did when I first bought it.
