Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. I purchased a starter for my mercedes truck after serveral online searches i spoke with joe & he assured me that the smart starter is the way to go. i read the online reviews of the company & they had a good rep. i dropped my vehicle off & my ride fell through, so Joe offered me a ride to work. I was absolutely floured of the customer service this shop had. As promised after 3 hours on my lunch break i picked up my car washed vacuumed & working perfect. I definitely recommend this place!

Changed ECM and harness, cost $3543.04. First day back on the job, loss of acceleration. The issue I brought it in for was not solved, parts were changed, issue remained. I found the cause while waiting for service truck. The wire inches above the tps assembly was worn through at the steel bracket. Covered the wire, no more loss of acceleration. Truck City should be called Parts Changers of Gary IN.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys.
