I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. What an amazing experience! I was greeted by the lovely owner, Debbie, and her little assistant. Debbie is so sweet, she made me very comfortable and I left the business knowing that I will return here with confidence. My service was fast and at a great price! We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.
