Debbie is so sweet, she made me very comfortable and I left the business knowing that I will return here with confidence. My service was fast and at a great price! I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 400E. It had been sitting a long time and was misfiring bad and the blower motor was not coming on. I already knew what was wrong when I took it to them but wanted to see what they would tell me. Talk about honest.......You will not find a more honest, reasonable, and reliable auto repair shop anywhere. They diagnosed and fixed the problems I had and the car has never run better. Ongoing problem for 9 years. Dealer repaired emissions error and check engine light returned in two weeks with same problem. AACCEL repaired the emissions, and now I can fuel the car in less than 15 minutes and pass the Will County emissions testing.

Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.
