Same repair was done almost exactly a year ago under my friend Vito car ownership. However he gave me the car as a gift & because of that the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty was not honored on the repair he paid for a year ago & I had to pay for the failed previously repair. Since the same issue was only a year ago, I felt that the warranty should have been honored.

Diesel engine for my 01 VW TDI arrived in 3 days in ready-to-go condition. Needed nothing, except my very professional German Auto installer polished the crank for a new clutch (dumb not to do). Price was the best on the Web and the car has 'brand-new' life

Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. This family owned business has great service and performs excellent work! My car has been in two accidents and each time Gray's has returned my car to brand new condition! I wont take it anywhere else!

Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.
