Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!
