I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I had my car towed and alternator done in February. Fast, efficient, great service. They told me about my bearing (which I already knew), but also said I didn't have to get it done right away. I could drive on it a few more months. And I did. Just went back in May 15th 2012 for my muffler. It had rusted and the pipe split in half. They fixed it, my bearing, and an oil change for $220. The bearing alone, I had been quoted $250 every place I had called. Took 3 hours. They started work on my car right away and a great warranty. I love this shop.
