Routine service & transmission
Wouldn't take my Mercedes anyplace else if I lived within reasonable distance of Burdi's. In fact, I used to drive down from Milwaukee to let them do any required or routine work. Now that I live in Europe, it is a bit too far to go :-( Great people, great service, great prices. If you are looking for a Chicago area independent Mercedes shop, stop looking. THIS is the place.

Anytime something goes wrong with my Benz I have never hesitated to take it in to burdi's. They are fast, reliable and always get the job done right. I would say they are as good the dealer probably even better.

Check Engine Light Solved
I find this place to be cost effective (not cheap), but technically savvy place to fix a mercedes benz vehicle in the Chicago area. I was treated very professionally with transparent conversation around what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would take to fix it. What put them over the top for me was that they found a fix for my check engine light that had been on for months. Chris N. Chicago, IL

Best Mercedes Repair Experience
Has to be one of the best experiences I have had at a local, independent shop. Their work is certainly as good as, if not better than, the dealer. I have nothing but great things to say about Carmine (both of them) and Vince. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and accessible. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to properly service their vehicles. The work on both my C300 and C63 AMG - Everything from bodywork, service, and repair - great 1 stop shop!!
