The staff at Awesome are a very friendly, fair and honest group. Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. Took both my wife's car and my car here for an oil change within the last 2 years. Took my car about 2 years ago, and it had a flat tire later that same day. Though I did some additoinal driving, I had a sneaking suspicion that it happened at Jiffy Lube. Yesterday, I took my wife's car in for an oil change. I drove an additional 5 miles tops afterwards. This morning, her car has a flat tire in the driveway. I might be nuts or this might be a strange coincidence but I will not use this Jiffy Lube again.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie.
