Ford service near Dekalb, IL

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

We have been going to Kurt's for service for years. It is wonderful to have a shop that you can rely on. Recently our daughters car broke down at college in Dubuque, IA. We found a shop there that worked on her car and it turned out that a part that Kurt's had replaced in that vehicle for us last year had failed. I called Ray and he contacted the mechanic in Dubuque directly for us and made arrangements for a replacement part to be sent there... saving us $400 in replacing that part. As always, above and beyond! They are truly a blessing in our lives! The best!
