I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Took both my wife's car and my car here for an oil change within the last 2 years. Took my car about 2 years ago, and it had a flat tire later that same day. Though I did some additoinal driving, I had a sneaking suspicion that it happened at Jiffy Lube. Yesterday, I took my wife's car in for an oil change. I drove an additional 5 miles tops afterwards. This morning, her car has a flat tire in the driveway. I might be nuts or this might be a strange coincidence but I will not use this Jiffy Lube again.
