Ford service near Downers Grove, IL

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

Love this shop! They do amazing work, keep you informed on what's going on. They did everything from setting up a loaner vehicle to fixing the car and making it brand new! Definitely recommending them to anyone and everyone that needs body work done! Thanks again Route 38!
