First Choice should be your ONLY choice! I highly recommend these guys to ANYONE! Always professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly they take extra care to make sure the parts being replaced really NEED to be replaced! You never have to worry about them taking advantage of you wife, daughter, sister or friend; you can rely on their honesty and integrity; you will never be overcharged or have any unnecessary work done simply because they think ‘she’ does not know any better. These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice. Lastly, their customer service is A+! It’s all about even the smallest of details like the warm & welcoming family-like atmosphere and caring owners/staff that are willing to go that extra mile... I was once in a pinch and these guys picked me up and dropped me off which helped make a bad situation (a broken vehicle) a bit more bearable. Dont trust these guys. They told me they were putting original manufactured parts but my new mechanic shows me they were aftermarket. I have my receipt and it says OEM. What a lie. Forget this shop!!!

Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed.
