Mufflers repair service near Flossmoor, IL

Stopped in to get the lug nuts on two tires that were to tight to get off at home. They snapped off two lugs. OK that's fine because they were over tightened in the first place. But to charge $20 for no real service is beyond crazy. Please avoid if you don't want to be overcharged. Not a good way to do business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

I took my car in not knowing what to expect after my daughter had hit a curb hard and also noticing weird noises coming from my fairly newly bought used car. 59 Auto took it right in and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I was very pleasantly surprised.

What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!
