Ford service near Forest Park, IL

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

The are the most professional, reliable and honest people in town. I my many years of dealing with different mechanics and tradesmen alike not one even comes close. Matt and the rest of the staff are friendly, caring and most importantly honest in meeting your needs without overselling or over inflating their prices. Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I went to get my oil changed and the guy doing the oil change told me about my brakes he was vary nice took me in the shop and showed me what was wrong and why.The price i got was cheaper than anyone else i got new pads rotors and calipers serviced for under 200.00 the brakes have not gave me any problems.The mechanic did a great job now i bring all my cars to them.
