I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. Please stay away from this crooked business. They quoted one price then added a extra $400 in parts that they claimed were needed. Moreover, Brad who ran the shop was very disrespectful. I also plan tio file a complaint with the BBB.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

what it takes to repair today' s cars & they listen. I would recommend them to everyone. I was broken down on county farm road, because my car stopped moving. I called them & they calmed me down, sent a tow truck to pick up my car. They checked out the car & told me I need a new axle not a transmission. It is great to find honest people to do business with this days that will take the time to talk to you. Wished more company's remember what customer service is about these day. Wylie and crew keep up the great work & customer service. Thanks for all the help again.
