Oil change service near Franklin Park, IL

I get my oil change and anything else I need for my car here. What I need I do not know sometimes but the guys there always help me . They are very honest and friendly especially my friend Tim. Good guy loves my little Pom, Prince( a dog). Gose overboard to assure me that everything in my car is running ok. Last oil change 5/29/12 and total car check. Thank YOU

Just got back from a Saturday afternoon routine oil change. I usually go to this branch and have always had good experiences with it. Today went quite exceptional. All the staff that I encountered was extremely polite, informative, and it was an overall pleasure giving my business to this specific branch. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about my experience there!

Knowledgeable mechanic , courteous service, and very reasonable priced, there price was 35% cheaper than , Midas, Meineke , and Firestone .If you have a problem with your car that's the place to go . Bill

wish I could give no stars or negative stars. What a joke this place was. First I pulled up andthe guy says we are doing full synthetic right. Umm no doesn't require it is my response. Then he says I need dexos since it's a newer cadillac ok fine whatever. (This being my first oil change since I bought the car). I ended up paying 72 bucks for the oil change which after some research is about the normal price. What I don't like is when I see oil finger prints on the grill of my car, them it's on the plastic trim along the outside of my door which doesn't come of easily. I open the door and there is oil ALL over the leather on the inside of my door. I had to sit here and point it out to these kids. Finally talked to the manager and he gave me there extreme 11 buck car wash which he said had something in it that wouldn't leave white water marks on my car when it dried. Well guess what my car is peppered with dried white water marks. So I wouldn't suggest buying there wash either. The icing on the cake was when I just got back in my car the oil change sticker for next time is upside down on my window. REALLY!!! this is just PURE laziness the manager excuse for all of this was these guys make minimum wage. So all in all I would rather pay someone else double to change my oil PLEASE DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE. I will also be posting this on other review sites.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

went in for a oil change . Came out with my brake pedal to the floor. They told me they didn`t touch brakes, I watched them DAMAGE my brakes . Had a guy up on lift pushing on brake pedal. Worse part I have been a loyal customer for years.

The worst service I've ever experience here among the Jiffly Lube locations. Employees are ok with their assignments. But the manager was terrible in dealing with customers. He was rude, not making an effort to understand customers' need, completely imcompetence to address questions. This location will lose my business permanently. Not only that, I'll be very careful in giving my business to other Jiffly Lube locations. I have been using the Jiffy Lube at Hanover Park for many years with my multiple vehicles. I'll have to look elsewhere for my business.
