wish I could give no stars or negative stars. What a joke this place was. First I pulled up andthe guy says we are doing full synthetic right. Umm no doesn't require it is my response. Then he says I need dexos since it's a newer cadillac ok fine whatever. (This being my first oil change since I bought the car). I ended up paying 72 bucks for the oil change which after some research is about the normal price. What I don't like is when I see oil finger prints on the grill of my car, them it's on the plastic trim along the outside of my door which doesn't come of easily. I open the door and there is oil ALL over the leather on the inside of my door. I had to sit here and point it out to these kids. Finally talked to the manager and he gave me there extreme 11 buck car wash which he said had something in it that wouldn't leave white water marks on my car when it dried. Well guess what my car is peppered with dried white water marks. So I wouldn't suggest buying there wash either. The icing on the cake was when I just got back in my car the oil change sticker for next time is upside down on my window. REALLY!!! this is just PURE laziness the manager excuse for all of this was these guys make minimum wage. So all in all I would rather pay someone else double to change my oil PLEASE DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE. I will also be posting this on other review sites.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I never knew they are PERILLO SAAB I thought all SAAB dealerships went out of business. I know found my SAAB dealership. Thomas B. Chicago Il

Expert Volvo mechanic knows how to find problem and fix correctly. Honest and fair priced. Also a great person, He is able to work fast to accomodate schedules and gives great service. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

I have known the professionals at European Auto House for years (2004) after being referred to them through another trusted individual. I have found them to be the most straight forward and reliable mechanics that I have ever dealt with for any make of auto repair (foreign or domestic).

When someone ran into the back of my Chevy Traiblazer, I was shocked to learn that I would be responsible for my $500.00 deductible. Times are tough and if it was not for The LINCOLN BOBYSHOP AUTO REPAIR paying my deductible, I would not have been able to have my Trailblazer repaired. You even cleaned the interior of my truck, it was a pleasant surprise.

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.

I went to a few mechanics that claimed that my car had a lot of stuff that needed fixing. I went to Araiza and he told me it was only one sensor that needed to be replaced to pass the emissions. Great man. I recommend. Thanks to him, he saved me a lot of money and time. I haven’t had an issue with my car since.

WORST DEALER EVER. BOUNCH OF LIERS. I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.

I had purchased a groupon ($149) for front and rear brakes 3 weeks ago. He texts me saying that I would also need to replace the rotors. I was a little hesitant and should have listened to my gut but I went ahead go the rotors replaced for $265. Then he sends me pictures saying that I need to replace my ball joints. I said another time. Fast forward to one week later and I am hearing a squeaking noise. He says give it some time to adjust and that most likely it is my parking brakes. I called another mechanic and inquired about this and he informs me that the parking brake could and should have been done with the original brake/rotor replacement and it would have been cheaper as Landspeed wants to charge me $180. I gave it two weeks and the noise progressed. When I brought it in he took it for a test drive and tells me that he is going to replace the rotors and brakes again as well as the job on the parking brakes. I ask why and he tells me because of needing the parking brake. Well, two days later I hear another squeaking noise and grinding noise. I thought it was because of the ball joints he stated I needed to replace. So, I again contacted the other mechanic and brought it in. He takes a look at my car and takes it for test drive and lets me know that the balljoints are perfect, NO NEED TO REPLACE THEM. Then this is the worst part, he tells me that the brake job that Landspeed did was done extremely poorly as well as the brakes and rotors were warped. I gasped considering that I just replaced them three weeks ago. I took pictures and everything and now have to replace the rotors and brakes in the front. I am so upset because as much as I would want to go back and make him do the job over again, that is not going to happen.

These guys are con artists, they fix one thing and then break another so you keep bringing your car back and they make money. Stay away from them. Also the place stinks like farts.
