I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I stopped at the place to check loud noise seemingly coming from my tires, but after a "dedicated" checkup i was given a quote for 960$. The Problem was both my front wheel bearings, they said. The price of each bearing without the labor was over 300, the guy told me. I took the car elsewhere and they fixed it for 250$ with labor. Apparently it was left rear bearing that was wrong, not the two front ones as they told me in Cassidy Tire and service. I replaced my rear bearing and the car is running like new. IF there was a place to upload pictures i would upload the quote i got from Cassidy Tire and Service and the place that i actually fixed my car in. How can a licensed mechanic tell me two of my front wheel bearings are bad, when actually it was a rear ? I'm so glad i didn't fix my car there and i advising everyone i know to do the same

wish I could give no stars or negative stars. What a joke this place was. First I pulled up andthe guy says we are doing full synthetic right. Umm no doesn't require it is my response. Then he says I need dexos since it's a newer cadillac ok fine whatever. (This being my first oil change since I bought the car). I ended up paying 72 bucks for the oil change which after some research is about the normal price. What I don't like is when I see oil finger prints on the grill of my car, them it's on the plastic trim along the outside of my door which doesn't come of easily. I open the door and there is oil ALL over the leather on the inside of my door. I had to sit here and point it out to these kids. Finally talked to the manager and he gave me there extreme 11 buck car wash which he said had something in it that wouldn't leave white water marks on my car when it dried. Well guess what my car is peppered with dried white water marks. So I wouldn't suggest buying there wash either. The icing on the cake was when I just got back in my car the oil change sticker for next time is upside down on my window. REALLY!!! this is just PURE laziness the manager excuse for all of this was these guys make minimum wage. So all in all I would rather pay someone else double to change my oil PLEASE DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE. I will also be posting this on other review sites.

My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. From my experience, they seemed honest and didn't try to push me to add services. My tires was repaired within an hour of arriving. Glad I found this gem! Melissa Carpenter
