I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.
