These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.
