I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

In fact if your a disrespectful person like Van Ac that drove all the way from Indiana for service and was to get free service, on which did not apply at this auto shop. I petty sure Juan try help him but his interest (Van)was to leave at a very very low cost or free or maybe on a free diagnosed on his problems. However I've did research on this gentleman Van this isn't his firsts infact the shop next door to Juan 8044 Ogden Ave Lyons il deni him but sent him over to Juan place and Juan did experience his way of life but still work with especially when someone need help that what he does (Juan). I believe he Van was trying to get it complete and run but it didn't work that way. So I've saying you need to meet Juan before he is judge great great people that work with him his whole team, well I wrote this just because Juan know of this message Van Ac wrote and it did really bother because he knew where he came from so here I am for Juan,sorry felt bother by this one person Van Ac.

I needed a new flex pipe welded into my exhaust on my small car, and swung by to see if they could take care of it. I explained that I only had 45 minutes and could come back the next day if that wasn't enough time. They said they could get it done quickly. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a new (quiet!) flex pipe in my exhaust. That was over 6 months ago and the weld is still in great shape so I know they didn't just do a quick sloppy job. These guys were friendly, professional, and gave 110% fantastic client service. I'll definitely go back!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! Stopped in to get the lug nuts on two tires that were to tight to get off at home. They snapped off two lugs. OK that's fine because they were over tightened in the first place. But to charge $20 for no real service is beyond crazy. Please avoid if you don't want to be overcharged. Not a good way to do business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I brought my car here for a second opinion a few weeks ago regarding the air conditioner not working. Chuck and his team were able to fix it for a small fraction of the price. I am really pleased with their work and highly recommend. Jonathan Dolak
