I have had my car serviced there several times. Anthony has always been accommodating and very thorough. Explains what the problem was, how they fixed it, and what I might do to prevent it in the future. All at a very acceptable price.

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

I needed a new flex pipe welded into my exhaust on my small car, and swung by to see if they could take care of it. I explained that I only had 45 minutes and could come back the next day if that wasn't enough time. They said they could get it done quickly. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a new (quiet!) flex pipe in my exhaust. That was over 6 months ago and the weld is still in great shape so I know they didn't just do a quick sloppy job. These guys were friendly, professional, and gave 110% fantastic client service. I'll definitely go back!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! Phil and his guys at Kendall County repair did a great job on our camper. Some of the parts were Discontinued and he figured out a great way to fix it.It turned out better than when we bought it.Their customer service is excellent!

Job engine oil and anti freeze seal leaking inside engine. Resulation rebuild engine. My car had been at sams auto for over two months and all I know is that they keep re placing parts with no end in site. I have given up on the though on getting this car repaired. I would like to know what are my options. At uthis point.

I brought my car here for a second opinion a few weeks ago regarding the air conditioner not working. Chuck and his team were able to fix it for a small fraction of the price. I am really pleased with their work and highly recommend. Jonathan Dolak
