I have been doing business with Crosby Auto Repair for the last three years. Dave Crosby and his auto techs, and Robin in the front office are as good as it gets. The staff of this business goes the extra mile to insure that your vehicle is repaired or maintained quickly and at reasonable prices for great work. Customer service is top shelf. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!
