I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I had my car towed and alternator done in February. Fast, efficient, great service. They told me about my bearing (which I already knew), but also said I didn't have to get it done right away. I could drive on it a few more months. And I did. Just went back in May 15th 2012 for my muffler. It had rusted and the pipe split in half. They fixed it, my bearing, and an oil change for $220. The bearing alone, I had been quoted $250 every place I had called. Took 3 hours. They started work on my car right away and a great warranty. I love this shop.

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know.
