Oil change service near Morton Grove, IL

Took both my wife's car and my car here for an oil change within the last 2 years. Took my car about 2 years ago, and it had a flat tire later that same day. Though I did some additoinal driving, I had a sneaking suspicion that it happened at Jiffy Lube. Yesterday, I took my wife's car in for an oil change. I drove an additional 5 miles tops afterwards. This morning, her car has a flat tire in the driveway. I might be nuts or this might be a strange coincidence but I will not use this Jiffy Lube again.

I was having a intermitant brake problem 2 other shops where not able to figure out. The guys at rk auto got it figured out on my first visit. It ended up not even being my brakes, but instead a faulty axle causing my antilock brakes to come on at slow speeds sometimes. Very happy with repair & price.

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I appreciated being spoken to as an intelligent person instead of "a know nothing about cars woman". I liked the updates as you worked on my car & the easy of making an appointment. I have already recommended to the rest of my family to bring their cars to your facility. Angela Ponder
