I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Recently had my '06 F150 repaired by Tony. I highly recommend Tony for repairs to 5.4 Triton engines. My engine developed the now famous Ford Triton "tick". Tony gave me all my options and fixed the problem. The charges were very reasonable. Great job, thanks Tony

We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it.
