Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. WE TOOK ARE CAR TO THIS CENTER, AND WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK WITH, THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. THEY CHECK THE CAR OUT FOR FREE AND TOLD US THAT THE PRESSURE IN THE TRANS WAS THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE A 1998 BUICK AND IT SHIFTED VERY HARD AND LATE ON THE 1/2 SHIFT, PUT A SCANNER ON THE CAR AND TOLD US HOW LONG IT HAD BEEN GOING ON AND WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE IT CAN CAUSE. DROPPED THE PAN AND FOUND METAL AND CLUTCH MATERIAL IN PAN, AND TOLD US WE DIDN'T OWE THEM A DIME. WELL WE WANTED TO FIX THE CAR AND THEY CAME RIGHT IN THE PRICE RANGE, PLUS FIXED THE SWAY BAR LINKS WITH NO LABOR CHARGE, JUST PAID FOR THE PARTS. GAVE US A 12MONTH/ 12,000 WARRANTY. HAD US COME BACK IN A WEEK AND CHECK THE CAR OVER. DON'T THINK THIS CAR EVER SHIFT LIKE THIS, JOB DONE RIGHT AND ON TIME, 3 DAYS. THANK YOU MR TRANSMISSION, JOHN AND STAFF.
