Have always had great service and work done when bringing my vehicle to AAA. Prices are fair and haven't had an issue in the 4 years I've been going to AAA for auto repairs. Highly recommend this shop.

Untamed Auto on Lunt in Schaumburg between Rodenburg and Wright. Good, fast, and cheap. Won't screw you or try to sell you a bunch if crap you don't need. I've been to him a handful of times, and sent several people to him with zero complaints. $3 k repair at the dealer $1 k there. My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. The guys at Foreign Car Clinic did a great job on my repair. I brought them a 2004 BMW M3 with a broken variable valve timing (VANOS) unit. When the unit gave out, multiple bolts broke off into the camshaft. The mechanic at Foreign Car clinic was able to extract the bolts salvage the camshaft. This was a complex repair and it could have cost me a lot more if it wasn't for their skill in fixing the problem.

I was stuck on the side of the road in Wilmette late at night on Saturday & the driver came right out to help me. The dispatcher was so helpful & courteous. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

I have known the professionals at European Auto House for years (2004) after being referred to them through another trusted individual. I have found them to be the most straight forward and reliable mechanics that I have ever dealt with for any make of auto repair (foreign or domestic).

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. I had purchased a groupon ($149) for front and rear brakes 3 weeks ago. He texts me saying that I would also need to replace the rotors. I was a little hesitant and should have listened to my gut but I went ahead go the rotors replaced for $265. Then he sends me pictures saying that I need to replace my ball joints. I said another time. Fast forward to one week later and I am hearing a squeaking noise. He says give it some time to adjust and that most likely it is my parking brakes. I called another mechanic and inquired about this and he informs me that the parking brake could and should have been done with the original brake/rotor replacement and it would have been cheaper as Landspeed wants to charge me $180. I gave it two weeks and the noise progressed. When I brought it in he took it for a test drive and tells me that he is going to replace the rotors and brakes again as well as the job on the parking brakes. I ask why and he tells me because of needing the parking brake. Well, two days later I hear another squeaking noise and grinding noise. I thought it was because of the ball joints he stated I needed to replace. So, I again contacted the other mechanic and brought it in. He takes a look at my car and takes it for test drive and lets me know that the balljoints are perfect, NO NEED TO REPLACE THEM. Then this is the worst part, he tells me that the brake job that Landspeed did was done extremely poorly as well as the brakes and rotors were warped. I gasped considering that I just replaced them three weeks ago. I took pictures and everything and now have to replace the rotors and brakes in the front. I am so upset because as much as I would want to go back and make him do the job over again, that is not going to happen.

Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me
