I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know.
