Engine repair service near Park Ridge, IL

My brother-in-law purchased a used scanner from Skip and after updating it through the dealer, a couple of Arlington Heights and Wauconda Police Detectives showed up at his place of business to confiscate the scanner as it was reported stolen by its original owner (Skips friend from Lattoff Chevrolet). This information can be verified through the freedom of information act as it is on file with the Arlington Heights and Wauconda Police Departments. Mike called and called Skip left several messages for him to call him back never to hear from him. Finally talked him and he said he doesn’t have the money to give back to him and he won’t give him anything else of value to compensate me for my losses. I happen to know that he sends the machine work that he is supposed to do for his customers to other machining businesses to do for him but then doesn’t check it when he gets it back and has had some problems because of that. That’s if you can get it back from him after several excuses of why he has not touched it after several months of having it to work on. I know some people that he has had their jobs for more than 6 months and finally said he has to order parts and it will be another couple of months before the parts come in. Skip also has a really big mouth and likes to talk about everyone else’s business, he also likes to say what everyone else is doing wrong with their business but doesn’t know how to run his own business

I went to get my oil changed and the guy doing the oil change told me about my brakes he was vary nice took me in the shop and showed me what was wrong and why.The price i got was cheaper than anyone else i got new pads rotors and calipers serviced for under 200.00 the brakes have not gave me any problems.The mechanic did a great job now i bring all my cars to them.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!

I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. I went to a few mechanics that claimed that my car had a lot of stuff that needed fixing. I went to Araiza and he told me it was only one sensor that needed to be replaced to pass the emissions. Great man. I recommend. Thanks to him, he saved me a lot of money and time. I haven’t had an issue with my car since.
