Picked up a coupon from Groupon that included free oil changes. I went in expecting to be met with a cold shoulder and a hurry-up-and-get-this-guy-out-of-here feeling. I was wrong. I came in and was greeted right away by the owner himself. While I was waiting on my car to receive an oil change the owner sat with my girlfriend and I for a good 15 minutes talking to us and making sure everything was going well while explaining his business and passion for good service. The oil change was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. There was not even a hint of upselling and I never felt uncomfortable while there. I live in Schaumburg and this is a little bit of a drive just for an oil change but now that I have been there once I don't think I will go anywhere else for future service of my vehicle. The entire management and floor team there were very professional and friendly. It is also located in an easily accessible location and well-kept neighborhood. I am going back this Saturday for another oil change and I look forward to speaking with the owner again to let him know what I think of his business. As a new resident to Illinois I am happy to know I have found a trustworthy auto business.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I have a 2001 DAKOTA THAT WAS LOSING POWER TO THE POINT IT WOULD ONLY GO 5 MPH AT THE BEST. i HAD IT TOWED TO A SHOP WHERE THEY SAID IT WAS FUEL PUMP AFTER I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM AND SYMPTOMS THAT OCCURRED GETTING TO THE 5MPG. RANDY SAID THAT HE DOUBTED IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP AND IF I COULD GET IT THERE HE WOULD LOOK AT IT THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER HAD CLOGGED UP. i HAD IT TOWED THE 150 MILES TO HIS NEW LOCATION AND HE LOOKED AT IT THE NEXT DAY. hE HAD TO REPLACE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND AN O2 SENSOR. IT RAN ME LIKE 150 DOLLARS I HAD CALLED AROUND TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE. THE OTHER SHOPS WERE WAY OVER 200IN FACT ONE WANTED 400 AND IT WAS GOING TO TAKE THEM A WEEK TO GET TO IT. I DRIVE OVER 60 MILES(ONE WAY)TO HAVE HIM WORK ON MY TRUCK ND OTHER AUTOS. . I HAVE USED RPM's FOR OVER 6-7 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT WHAT CAN ONLY BE CALLED A VERY Fair price. What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!
