Oil change service near Richmond, IL

This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. I recommend this place to anyone with any car problems they dont feel confortable with doing! Dylan S. Gurnee, IL

I have used this local business, car wash, oil change, even bought a set of tires there, for more than 7 years. My wife and her family have used their service since they have been open. Recently I had new wheels & tires delivered from Tire Rack. Imwaxed the wheels before installing them. Easier to do off the car. They were immaculate. I take my car through the car wash, pay for the most expensive package, like my wife and I usually do. The rail, on the way in scratches my new wheel. The owner claims it wasn't his wash, must have been there since they mounted the tires. IT WASN'T, I figure being a long time customer he will surely take care of it. Very important here, I wasn't asking him to replace the wheel, that had less than 1000miles on it, I was hoping he would have a service "touch it up". If he would have listened to me today, instead of telling me he is going to suit me for liable, if I write a review, he would have heard me say, a few washes would make me happy!
