Oil change service near Sandwich, IL

went in for a oil change . Came out with my brake pedal to the floor. They told me they didn`t touch brakes, I watched them DAMAGE my brakes . Had a guy up on lift pushing on brake pedal. Worse part I have been a loyal customer for years.

The worst service I've ever experience here among the Jiffly Lube locations. Employees are ok with their assignments. But the manager was terrible in dealing with customers. He was rude, not making an effort to understand customers' need, completely imcompetence to address questions. This location will lose my business permanently. Not only that, I'll be very careful in giving my business to other Jiffly Lube locations. I have been using the Jiffy Lube at Hanover Park for many years with my multiple vehicles. I'll have to look elsewhere for my business.

First Choice should be your ONLY choice! I highly recommend these guys to ANYONE! Always professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly they take extra care to make sure the parts being replaced really NEED to be replaced! You never have to worry about them taking advantage of you wife, daughter, sister or friend; you can rely on their honesty and integrity; you will never be overcharged or have any unnecessary work done simply because they think ‘she’ does not know any better. These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice. Lastly, their customer service is A+! It’s all about even the smallest of details like the warm & welcoming family-like atmosphere and caring owners/staff that are willing to go that extra mile... I was once in a pinch and these guys picked me up and dropped me off which helped make a bad situation (a broken vehicle) a bit more bearable. Simplified review: First Choice, Your Choice, The ONLY Choice Auto Repair Shop! Thank you Bill, Melissa & all your staff for everything! PS... they will even tell you when someone else can do something cheaper and make the recommendations if that should be the case. Better than 5 stars! ??????????????????????????????

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Ongoing problem for 9 years. Dealer repaired emissions error and check engine light returned in two weeks with same problem. AACCEL repaired the emissions, and now I can fuel the car in less than 15 minutes and pass the Will County emissions testing.

Meineke in Joliet is horrible now! The new "manager/owners" have taken over. The good mechanic is gone. I have been a long standing Meineke customer and when I called today to ask for my mechanic Mark, I was told he "Is no longer working here" (very rudely)! So I asked to speak to Vern and I was told he was busy and to call him later, also very rudely!!! I will find someone else to fix my cars from now on!

Took my son's car in as I didn't have time to look at it....awesome service, explained everything to my wife and answered her questions so that she understood everything....and they actually came in under their estimate! He needs a few more things done and I guarantee we will be bringing it back to Bunge's when it's time! Thanks! :=)
